Focusland is distributed through Apple's App Store. Use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA unless a separate written agreement applies.

Focusland is a focus and wellbeing game, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop a round if you feel discomfort.
Local data
You are responsible for your device, notification choices, and any local Focusland data you choose to reset.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, purchase management, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID and Apple's App Store services.
