Focusland is distributed through Apple's App Store. Use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA unless a separate written agreement applies.

Focusland is a focus and wellbeing game, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop a round if you feel discomfort.
Local data
You are responsible for your device, notification choices, and any local Focusland data you choose to reset.
Pro purchase
Focusland Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. It does not renew automatically. Purchase management and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID and Apple's App Store services.
