ReceiptLens: Receipt Scanner Privacy Policy
Receipt scanning and expense records processed on device.
Data handling
- Receipt images and parsed merchant, date, amount, tax, and category fields are stored locally.
- Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to capture or import a receipt.
- EXIF and GPS metadata is stripped when receipt images are saved by the app.
- Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit.
- ReceiptLens does not use accounts or upload receipt images, OCR text, or financial fields to Bubu Studio or advertising providers.
- For free adult users, the app may use Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform to request and display ads. Google may process IP address, approximate location, device or app identifiers, diagnostics, performance data, advertising data, and ad interactions for advertising, analytics, consent management, security, and fraud prevention. Ads are disabled for Pro users, children, users whose age or purchase entitlement is unresolved, and automated UI tests. The app does not request permission to track activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
